Submissions should be aligned with, but not limited to, one of the following four topics:

1. Thermophysical and Chemical Properties of Next-Generation Refrigerants
2. Component Technology I (Heat Exchange Technologies)
3. Component Technology II (Compressor and Expander-related Technologies)
4. System Technology

The period for submitting abstracts and manuscripts were ended.

The symposium will be conducted in English and abstracts and papers must also be submitted in English. Simultaneous interpretation (Japanese/English) will be provided at the symposium.

As this symposium is not being organized by a scientific body designated by the Commissioner of the Japan Patent Office, papers to be presented at the symposium will lose their novelty and eligibility to apply for a patent. Patent procedures should therefore be carried out in advance, if necessary.
